The Regent attempts to attend all Chapter functions and Wisconsin Collegiate Chapter events as possible, and encourage current officers to do the same. They shall also be the main contact for the Beta Psi Chapter house.

The Vice Regent is responsible for contacting graduating Wisconsin Collegiate members to inform them of the Chapter and invite them to become members of the Chapter.

The Secretary is responsible for the production and distribution of the Chapter newsletter and Chapter updates.  They also are responsible for completing all paperwork related to province assemblies or national meetings as required. 

The Treasurer provides the Chapter with financial information at all meetings and assist the Secretary in maintaining an official Chapter membership list as well as those in good standing.

The Historian collects and records all data which proves historic value to the Chapter. They also ensure the Collegiate Brothers are taught about the history of the Fraternity including Wisconsin Chapters.

The Chaplain serves as the Parliamentarian of the Chapter. They ensure Collegiate Brothers are taught about the Ritual of the

Fraternity.
